Jameelah is an enthusiastic, customer-obsessed growth strategy executive currently serving as the Director of Global New Product Strategy at OnDeck Capital, a leading small business financing fintech company. In her role, she is tasked with leveraging data to uncover differentiated insights and launch exceptional new products for customers.
Jameelah has always been known for challenging conventional thinking and telling persuasive stories, contributing to her passion for new product development and innovation. Prior to OnDeck, she held a variety of strategic leadership roles at American Express, where she was a repeat intrapreneur.
During her tenure, her accomplishments included establishing a new consumer bank consulting business that provided professional services to Top 5 financial institutions across North and South America as well as building the firm’s first product marketing function bringing to market new digital payments technologies like mobile wallets to merchants and consumers.
Jameelah earned her M.B.A. from Harvard Business School and her B.A. from Yale University. She is passionate about politics, travel, and food. During her spare time, Jameelah is an avid reader and devourer of podcasts.
